Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping — Always Free We offer free standard shipping on every order, no minimum required. Because great lighting shouldn't cost extra to deliver.

• Standard Shipping (5-8 business days) — FREE

Order Tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Damaged or Lost Packages If your lamp arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.
